All items are in vintage condition. This means that unless they are handmade, they are typically second-hand items produced 20 or more years ago. Although we strive to find items in close to perfect condition, many still show some wear from their previous life. Any significant wear is disclosed in the description of the item and shown in pictures.

Typical handling time for your order is 3-5 days. We are a sourcing, prepping, photographing, listing, packaging and shipping duo (with other full time gigs), so please be patient with us as we do the best we can to get your order out as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number so that you are able to see the estimated arrival date of your goods.

All insurance claims for missing/broken items must be filed by the buyer. We have a deep appreciation for each item that we source, so we do all we can to ensure that your item is carefully packaged in order to reach you in one piece. Once an item leaves our possession, it is not our responsibility if it is broken or missing. All items shipped USPS Priority Mail are insured up to $100. Please be sure to take clear photos of the packaging, the damaged item & the purchase invoice to use when you file your claim. Contact the carrier directly or visit their website for more information on how to file a claim.

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be handled as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The buyer is responsible for all international import duties, which vary by country. If you are unsure of what these duties are, please check with your local customs authority.

We strive to use recycled shipping materials. This means you may find your items wrapped in old newspaper or shipped in an Amazon box. In doing so, we are able to keep S&H costs lower and further play our part in sustainability.

6% sales tax will be charged to PA residents for taxable items. We are a PA based company. Local pick up and delivery is available to our neighboring customers; these options can be selected at checkout. Please contact us with any questions prior to purchasing an item.
