Shipping Policy

Typical handling time for online orders is 2-4 days. We are a sourcing, prepping, staging, photographing, listing, packaging and shipping duo, so please be patient with us as we do the best we can to get your order out as quickly as possible! Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so that you are able to see the estimated arrival date of your goods.

Nationwide shipping is included in the price. Shipping price shock is definitely a thing, right? And it's something we like to avoid, when possible! All items purchased through our website and shipped within the US will not be charged any additional shipping fees, unless otherwise specified. Since the shipping cost is included in the price of each item, shipping overages of $2 or more will be refunded when ordering multiple items that can safely be shipped together.

Discounted local pick up is available at our storefront. If you're local to Columbia, PA and prefer to swing by and check out the pieces available in store while picking up, just select the local pick up option at checkout and add the promo code LOCALPICKUP to activate the discount. We will then reach out to you via email when your item is ready for pick up!

We ship worldwide, but it's not included. USPS International shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be handled as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). The buyer is responsible for all international import duties, which vary by country. If you are unsure of what these duties are, please check with your local customs authority. We refund shipping overages of $2 or more for all international orders. 

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We have a deep appreciation for each item that we source, so we do all we can to ensure that your item is carefully packaged in order to reach you in one piece. If an item arrives damaged, DO NOT throw away any contents or packaging! Please contact us immediately at hello@wildbriarvintage.com so that we can get the information needed to initiate the claim process with the appropriate carrier. 

We strive to use recycled shipping materials. This means you may find your items wrapped in old newspaper or shipped in an Amazon box. In doing so, we are able to keep S&H costs lower and further play our part in sustainability.
